How the calculation works

Monthly benefit = hours saved × operating days × hourly value + other savings − recurring costs. Payback = initial investment / positive monthly benefit. Balance over time = monthly benefit × number of months − initial investment.

This is simple payback excluding VAT, financing, taxes and the time value of money. Include all costs. Do not count the same saving twice. If customers own the textiles, their reduction in losses is not automatically a saving for the laundry.

Start with your operation.

Together, we will identify where better records can save the most work.
